Phalaenopsis in the center of the attention
We grow many varieties of Phalaenopsis in pots. We have four regular suppliers for this. Moreover, we also import a number of our own varieties from Asia.
We offer a wide variety: from short to long branches and from uni colored to speckled. We have a distinctive assortment with a unique color mix. All varieties are grown in pots of 12 cm diameter. We supply the Phalaenopsis with 1, 2 or 3 branches or bent into different shapes, depending on the wishes of our customers.
We have been growing Phalaenopsis since 2007. In a relatively short time, we have managed to achieve high quality at a favorable price. With a modern internal transport system, a computer-controlled camera that sorts the plants and our motivated staff, we combine technology and our organization in such a way that we can offer a good end product at a competitive price.
Sustainability
Our Elegant Phalaenopsis is grown 100% energy neutral by using geothermal energy for heating the greenhouse and the energy from 50,000 (floating) solar panels. In 2021 we won the Greenovation Award from Royal Flora Holland with this.

Half-grown plants
As a service for fellow growers who have too little space or expertise for growing the Phalaenopsis orchid, we cultivate it. The plant is grown in a laboratory for the first six months, after which Bernhard Young Plants takes over the care. We grow the half-grown Phalaenopsis for six months at a temperature of 28 ºC. After this vulnerable phase, the plant is strong enough to be brought to fruition by our college growers. A temperature of 19 ºC is required for this. This last period lasts one year.
